On my personal wellness journey, I discovered that finding, understanding and trusting natural wellness techniques for anxiety was a huge feat.

That is why Chill Chief was born – to help others find the right information on mental health when they need it so it can be used to build a wellness routine that works for them.

Chill Chief finds credible, valuable and actionable information and delivers it in a digestible way so you can focus on what is important – experimenting and implementing the right tactics to improve your quality of life.

Who am I?

Chill Chief Founder, Angela Collevecchio

Hi, I am Angela Collevecchio!

I have lived with anxiety my whole life. From panic attacks to obsessive thoughts, anxiety has sat shotgun for most of my experiences.

I understand how hard it is to live with a worried and negative voice in your head. I understand what it feels like to think you are going insane and to be too ashamed to share it with others.

Suffering from an internal battle is exhausting and can be lonely. It doesn’t have to be!

While I was stuck in my head, my anxiety was starting to affect important relationships in my life. I needed to make a change. I set out to learn and try as many natural healing methods as possible. 

As a Human Biology major, I love science. I don’t only want to know something works but I want to know why. I am a research nut who loves to dig for evidence. If I was truly going to dedicate myself to healing naturally, then why not bring some other passengers along for the ride?

Here, on this site, I am now on a mission to share everything I learn with you.
